A training calendar is released every 6 months with training sessions for various areas of CarelinkPlus which you and your staff can book in and attend.

We have developed eLearning Modules which can be utilised for training new employees which is self paced and thorough.

  • Custom Training

The Carelink Team also provides custom training both in our training rooms and onsite depending on your needs. Our experienced trainers can create a custom training plan to ensure your staff are receiving the specific training they require.

Carelink Training Sessions

Standard User

This course is appropriate for all competencies and is our recommended training for both new and returning Carelink users.

System Administration

Each organisation should have System Administrators trained in this comprehensive course.

Crystal Reports

This training is applicable for any user that has the responsibility of designing and developing customised  ‘Crystal Reports’ (external software).

DSS User

This course is designed for General Users responsible for registering clients and submitting client cases and sessions to the DEX portal

DSS Administration

This course is designed for System Administrators responsible for ensuring data structure is maintained for submitting such data.

Meals

This training course is applicable for organisations that provide delivered or centre-based meals for clients. This is an optional configuration.

Forms and Visual Studio

This training caters for those users who would be responsible for designing and creating these customised electronic forms.

Custom

If your team requires specific training that does not fit any of these categories, we can organise custom training to suit your needs.

Platinum level annual maintenance allows you to book four days from the training sessions above each year.
