Accounts & Administration Officer

Geelong Based | Full-time

About The Role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts and Administration Officer to join our friendly team based in Geelong. This varied role, will give you the opportunity to coordinate and assist in the accounts and admin function. Overseeing data entry, maintaining procedures and processes as well as month end reporting, you will be imperative to the day to day activities in the office. Working in a close knit team, you will also support with travel booking, maintenance scheduling and event coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry across various systems
  • Month end reconciliations and reporting in Excel
  • Maintain the Annual Maintenance revenue stream & annual budget reconciliation
  • Assist with booking customer training, preparation of training quotes
  • Process consultants travel bookings
  • Maintain current documentation for various procedures

About You

We are looking for a highly capable and committed candidate, with experience working in an administration and finance function. You will also have:

  • Strong Excel skills including; V look ups, If Statements and manipulation of data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of bookkeeping concepts
  • Ability to multitask and get involved to support the wider team
